I used Carpet on the Road twice and both times had exceptional service.

For my first job, I had some simple repairs to do–a carpet seam that needed to be fixed, and a travertine tile that had cracked in two. They did the job very professionally, and since they had time left over (their minimum job is three hours), we even managed to fix up another spot on the carpet that wasn’t quite right.

They did such a good job, I decided to call them back when I bought a new home and needed to refloor the entire house with engineered wood downstairs and carpet upstairs. Their bid was highly competitive and they rolled with the punches when schedules shifted (we had plumbing issues on the initial day that they were supposed to work, which pushed everything back). The finished result is gorgeous. We had asked for a lot of detail work on the stairs and they actually delivered above and beyond what we were hoping for.

I don’t want to just sound like another solicited wonderful review because I initiated this review on my own. I rarely write a review and if I do it is usually negative, but my experience with Carpet on the Road was quite exceptional. I had water damage in my dental office in January that shut my whole office down completely. I was in panic mode to get up and running again so I contacted a flooring contractor (among all the other things I needed) and got a quote for new floors. That contractor came back with a $12,000 quote that knocked my socks off. My insurance adjuster told me it was way too much but I told him that I wanted it done fast and good and I really didn’t care how much it cost. The insurance adjuster suggested I get at least one more quote. The next quote I got was from Frank at Carpet on the Road (he was a referral from my office manager). His quote was almost $4000 less for the exact same flooring. His crew that did the install was very neat and clean. They worked around my patient schedule and even worked on the weekend. The final result was that I got the flooring I wanted, expert craftsmanship, and exceptional service all at a price that made me and my insurance adjuster happy. Thank you!

These guys are solid. I had to replace some carpet in a closet that had flooded. I gave Frank a call and he had his guys out by the end of the day and the closet is as good as new – and the price was good.

Frank is AMAZING!  Very personable with great communication.  He has done two houses for us that required new carpet and demolition of wood floors that were replaced with tile.  His prices are extremely fair and he includes many extras for no additional charge.  The crew of workers are meticulous with installation, efficient, clean, neat, and incredibly accommodating. They are prompt, honest, hard-working, and treat your home as if it were their own.  I highly recommend Frank and his outstanding crew with no reservations.
